Today INDIA is struggling with a huge internal security issues in nation, but all these internal security issues have some or the other way arose from the same reason that INDIA has no clue about what to do and from where we should do ?????

I am talking about employment and job creation according to the niti ayoug's report it is seen that india is struggling with under employment more than unemployement.

I  choose to sit for UPSC - CSE 2017 because I want to suffice my country's youth with all the employment ways which are available in Indian diaspora.

India's most important and likely most exciting advantage is its Demographic dividend nature. but as we all know a power comes with a possibility of sorrow as well. 

if there is a high tide in the river water stream then we can make a dam and generate electricity but if we ignored the power of tides it may result in huge sorrow for the localities as it may bring floods in the area and the localities who didn't cared about their tomorrow and sat at home rejoicing their today may end up loosing their or their loved ones as well. the story does not winds up here itself. no dams means we didn't saved the water for the upcoming seasons after rainy season, which may even bring droughts in the summer.

Thus a boom in employment ratio is very necessary which have several hands. one among these hands is the need to create awareness about the kinds of jobs and employments available around one and all. this will create a much improved and self sufficient ways to climb the stairs of employbility . as today almost 80% of the nation don't know about the employment opportunities they have in their hands and why to go beyond lets talk about myself. i belong to a small town and was unknown about how much opportunistic i'll feel if i choose arts or commerce in i choose one among these two over science.


like wise I believe the world has'nt changed much and many students dont have idea that how wonderfully they can gloom in the trade what suit them naturally .

Yes I believe that every individual have a special talent. I have'nt seen anybody in my 25 years since birth who is good for nothing. The difference is that some identify it very early and some take it bit long and some knows it but still cant explore it any further because of some challenges.

this is the main reason behind this blog, I'll be posting how many ways and how can you get through your own expectations of achieving self stability.

So just stay tuned and comment me your trade if you want me to suggest something about it. however for time being i'll be continuing my regular post about different studies to suffice different posts requirements.
